Peter J. Richards

Chief Executive Officer

Peter J. Richards has 25 years experience in developing and executing worldwide "go-to-market" strategies, sales and operations. Prior to uCIRRUS Corporation, Mr. Richards has held CEO and VP/GM positions with change-agent market leading companies such as VirtualLogix, CoWare, Wind River Systems and Tandem Computers. In these positions, Mr. Richards successfully introduced new products and services covering the technology areas of virtualization, embedded software, enterprise server business applications, network communications elements (wired and wireless), mobile handsets, financial services eft/pos, communication networks, and high integrity, secure fault tolerant computing systems. His experience covers the functional areas of sales, marketing, business development/partnerships, professional services project management, M&A, venture capital raising, IP engineering management and organization development. Mr. Richards has worked with market-leading companies in Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia.

Ray Huetter, PhD

Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Ray Huetter, PhD, is a creative software design engineer with 20+ years of experience specializing in high-performance transactions systems.  Mr. Huetter was Technical Manager for Oracle when it first established its Australian operations and has been founder and principle researcher for two start-up ventures: Ochre (an object-oriented 4GL company), and Bullant (an agent-based transaction processing system). With several patents lodged in his name, Mr. Huetter is highly experienced in designing and building sophisticated, elegant, multi-threaded high-performance systems. Mr. Huetter earned his PhD at the University of Technology, Sydney, with a thesis on symmetric multiprocessor system scalability.

David Cracknell

VP, Customer Engineering

David Cracknell has more than 30 years experience developing enterprise-level database software.  Most recently Mr. Cracknell was VP, Research & Development at Genus Software, where he led the development of parallel load technology and other tools. Prior to Genus, he was a Director at Hewlett Packard (HP), where he was responsible for the initial release and follow-on development of HP's NonStop SQL/MX relational database product for HP's NonStop platforms. Mr. Cracknell's research and development experience encompasses major computer and software companies including GEC/Marconi Research Labs, Computer Machinery Company, Four Phase Systems, Tandem Computers, and Hewlett Packard.
