uCIRRUS was created in 2008 by its technology founder, Dr. Ray Huetter. His work led to the design of a standards-compliant, in-memory processor that enables unlimited horizontal and vertical scale and simultaneous transaction and query processing. The resulting design was specifically targeted for the challenges of the ever-growing need for the timely processing of massive volumes of data to create a dynamic data experience. The software platform, XPRESSmp, is compatible with Windows and Linux operating environments and operates on commodity hardware.
